Sleeping beauty or beautiful
If
God made day and night, I am sure he had some thoughts. He is giving a message
that after 12 hours the body needs rest. He told the sun to move away and
darkens the environment. At least then we can go to bed. But we are the most
intelligent species on this earth. We invented light that was still ok. But
then we very smartly invented smart phone with Wi-Fi. There goes our sleep down
the drain.
Today
let me bring few ways to sleep well. You can stop complaining (I don’t get
sleep)
How
to sleep well?
1.
Don’t sleep after meal
Your
food needs to be digested before you sleep. So the body can enjoy the
relaxation and also help the body heal in the sleep
2.
Take shower
Water
soothes the body. Take bath with luke warm water. As we all know over seventy percent of your body is actually water. If you
run water over it, a certain purification happens which is beyond cleaning the
skin.
3. Keep Things Aside
Keep anything and everything that does not allow you to
sleep.... Phone, worries, emotions etc.
4. Create a restful
environment.
Create an environment that soothes your mind and body. You
can keep the room dark, light an organic lamp in the room, apply essential oil
on forehead, behind ears etc.
5. Include physical activity in your daily routine
When our body is tired then we don’t struggle to sleep. Tired
body makes you sleep the min you hit the bed
